here is a list of all the problems we've had in apartment 21:

• leaking bathroom ceiling
• mold in the bathrooms
• section of the ceiling missing for 2 months
• broken thermostat
• mold on the walls
• mold behind furniture

well today folks we discovered more mold growing in the kitchen cabinets.
oh, and to top it off the dryer breaking.
